Replacement

[Second row seat assembly]

[7Seat/8Seat]

When reclining or returning the second-row seat in upright position, secure enough space in front and back of the seat.

•	When reclining or returning the second-row seat in upright position, be cautious not to jam hands between seat cushion and back.

•	When removing the second-row seat assembly, be cautious not to jam hands or tools between seat cushion and back.

•	When removing the seat rail still installed in the second-row seat assembly, be cautious not to jam hands or tools between seat cushion and back.

•	When working on removed seat rail still installed in the second-row seat assembly, be cautious not to jam foreign substances (e.g. tools, hands, feet, etc.) between seat rail and assembly.

1.	Loosen the seat rail mounting bolts (A).

2.	Remove the second row seat assembly (A) from the seat rail (B).

3.	Remove the cap (A) and then remove the armrest (B) after loosening the bolt.

4.	Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the stand up lever cap (A).

5.	Remove the stand up lever (A) after loosening the screw.

6.	Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the leg outer cover (A). [LH] [RH]

7.	Pull up the seat by pulling the stand-up lever.

8.	Remove the second row seat back cable (A). [RH] [LH]

9.	Remove the cushion rear cover (A) after loosening the screws.

10.	Remove the second row seat back (A) after loosening the mounting bolts. [RH] [LH]

11.	Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the cushion shield cover (A).

12.	Remove the cushion assembly (A) after removing the hooks (B). [LH] [RH] [REAR]

13.	After removing the velcro tape (A) and hog-ring clips (B) from the front seat cushion, remove the second row seat cushion cover (C).

14.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

•	To prevent wrinkles, make sure that the material is stretched evenly over the cover (B) before securing the hog-ring clips (A).

•	Replace the hog-ring clips with new ones using special tool (C) (09880-4F000).

[Leg support type]

When reclining or returning the second-row seat in upright position, secure enough space in front and back of the seat.

•	When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.

•	Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from marring the surface.

•	Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

1.	Remove the rear seat assembly. (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")

2.	Loosen the screw and remove the recliner knob (A).

3.	Loosen the screw and remove the leg rest knob (A).

4.	Remove the stand-up lever cable (A) and loosen the screw (B).

5.	Remove the side slide knob cable (A) and loosen the screw (B).

6.	Loosen the screw and remove the front inside cover (A).

7.	Loosen the screw (A) and remove the shield cover damper (B).

8.	Loosen the shield cover mounting screw (A).

9.	Remove the rear seat shield cover (A). [Outer] [Inner]

10.	Push the lock pin (B), remove the rear seat leg rest (A).

11.	Loosen the screw and remove the leg rest lower cover (A).

12.	Remove the leg rest link cable (A) and loosen the mounting bolt (B) and then remove the leg rest (C).

13.	Remove the protector (A) located in the lower part of the rear seat cushion. [LH] [RH]

14.	Remove the rear seat cushion hooks (A).

15.	Remove the rear seat back cover (A) from the rear seat back frame.

16.	After removing the velcro tape (A) and hog-ring clips (B) on the front of seat back, remove the front seat cushion cover (C).

17.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Replace any damaged clips.

[Second row center seat assembly]

1.	Remove the second row center seat. (Refet to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")

2.	Remove the center seat cushion side cover (A) after loosening the screw. [LH] [RH]

3.	Remove the center seat cushion center cover (A) after loosening the screws.

4.	Remove the second row center seat back (A) after loosening the bolts. [LH] [RH]

5.	Detach the center seat cushion cover hog-ring (A).

6.	Remove the center seat cushion cover hooks (A). [LH] [RH] [Bottom]

7.	Remove the center seat belt lower anchor (A) after loosening the bolt.

8.	Remove the center seat cushion assembly (A) from cushion frame (B).

9.	After removing the hog-ring clips (A) from the front seat cushion, remove the second row center seat cushion cover (B).

10.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

•	To prevent wrinkles, make sure that the material is stretched evenly over the cover (B) before securing the hog-ring clips (A).

•	Replace the hog-ring clips with new ones using special tool (C) (09880-4F000).

[Third row seat assembly]

1.	Remove the third row seat assembly. (Refet to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")

2.	Remove the third row seat shield outer cover (A) after loosening the screw. [LH] [RH]

3.	Open the cap (A) and then remove the shopping bag hooks (B) after loosening the screws.

4.	Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the back handle cap (A).

5.	Remove the back handle (A) after loosening the screws.

6.	Remove the third row seat back board (A) while minding the clips (B).

7.	Separate the folding cables (A).

8.	Turn the third row seat back cover inside out. Then pull out the headrest guides (A) while pinching both sides of the lower part of the guides.

9.	Remove the back handle cable (A) in the direction of arrow.

10.	Remove the folding cable (A) in the direction of arrow.

11.	Remove the third row seat back (A) after loosening the bolts. [LH] [RH]

12.	Remove the third row seat cushion hooks (A).

13.	Separate the cable (A) in the direction of arrow while removing the third row seat cushion assembly.

14.	Separate the third row seat belt buckle (A) by pulling the belt.

15.	After removing the hog-ring clips (A) from the front seat cushion, remove the second row seat cushion cover (B).

Install in the reverse order of removal.

•	To prevent wrinkles, make sure that the material is stretched evenly over the cover (B) before securing the hog-ring clips (A).

•	Replace the hog-ring clips with new ones using special tool (C) (09880-4F000).
