If there is lack of power, excessive oil consumption or poor fuel economy, measure the compression pressure. |

Warm up the engine to the normal operating temperature [80-95°C (176-203°F)]. |

Remove the surge tank.

Remove the ignition coils.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "Ignition Coil") |
| 4. |
Remove the spark plugs.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "Spark Plug") |
| 5. |
Check cylinder compression pressure.

Reinstall the spark plugs.

Install the ignition coils and ignition connectors.

Install the surge tank.
