Disconnect the battery negative terminal. |
2. |
Recover the refrigerant with a recovery/ recycling/ charging station. |
3. |
When the engine is cool, drain the engine coolant from the radiator.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - “Coolant”) |

Remove the luggage side trim [RH].
(Refer to Body - "Luggage Side Trim") |
5. |
Remove the rear heater duct (A) after loosening the bolts. |
6. |
Disconnect the rear refrigerant line (A) after loosening the nut.

7. |
Disconnect the rear heater main connector (A). |
8. |
Disconnect the rear heater hose (A) from rear heater core.
|
9. |
Remove the rear heater & A/C unit (A) after loosening the nuts. |
10. |
Install in the reverse order of removal. |
