Kia Sedona: Front Bumper Cover Repair procedures

Replacement

•	When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.

•	Put on gloves to protect your hands.

Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

1.	Remove the front bumper upper cover (A) after loosening the screws.

2.	Loosen the radiator upper cover mounting bolts.

3.	Remove the engine room under cover (A) after loosening the mounting screws and bolts.

Loosen the front bumper side''s mounting screws to separate the side part.

When you pull out the front bumper, the side part of the front bumper could be damaged by the projection.

5.	Disconnect the fog lamp connector (A) and front bumper main connector (B). [LH] [RH]

6.	Remove the front bumper cover (A).

Install in the reverse order of removal.

•	Make sure that the connectors are plugged in properly.

•	Replace any damaged clips.
